Here is an opportunity for below role :

Role : Business Analyst

Skills : BRD, FRD, FSD, Requirement Gathering and exposure in any Banking / Capital Market Domain

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Work Location : Pune (Aundh) & Bangalore (Infantry Road)

- A minimum of 3.0 - 5.0Years Business Analysis experience and a relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in one or more of the following;

- Software Design, Software implementation of financial services or BFSI or leasing or Commercial Lending domain.

- A passion for technology and you can hold your own in a conversation with a team of Designers, Product Owner, Architect, Project Managers and Developers.

- Be someone who has an eye for detail, an inquisitive mind and an ability to extricate requirements using a variety of methods.

- An in-depth understanding of the SDLC

- Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral. In particular you must be able to:-

- Apply strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Quickly gain an understanding of our organization and culture as well as our controls, processes, tools and systems.

- Demonstrate analysis and sharing of complex information.

- Demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem solving skills.

- Show a positive, proactive and professional attitude.

- Resource coordination for the team, in consultation with project managers and other team leaders

- Guide team towards successful project deliveries

- Able to work on multiple streams of work.

- Maintain a focus on excellence.

- The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.

- The ability to present training when required.

- To work collaboratively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

- To build constructive and effective relationships
