Business Analyst - Financial Control - IT Services Firm

We are currently retained by a leading IT Services Company to hire a Business Analyst to support the Financial Controller.

This role will offer you a great opportunity to learn the nuances of the various aspects of financial controllership this will include monitoring the business indicators of the region.

The major parts would be to work on forecasting and reviewing of P&L, monitoring EVA and CVA per client, leading all DSO activities, participating in preparation and review of an annual budget, reporting, and analytics.

The role would include:

- Financial planning, budgeting & monitor and forecast entire India P&L

- Financial analytics & benchmarking

- Managing day to day DSO activities.

- Ensure proper functioning of the accounting system, company policies and procedures, and internal control for the accounting process

- Financial Reporting

- Statutory compliances

Required Skills & Attributes:

- At least 4+ years of experience in Finance post MBA ( Finance )

- High-level understanding of strategy & operations in a professional services set-up.

- In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Strong hands on India's P&L

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

- Relationship Management.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Well organized and self-directed.

To fit the bill you must be an MBA finance with 4+ years of experience in working on India P&L forecasting, reviews and driving DSO activities. You must have a strong analytics and reporting experience.
