JOB DESCRIPTIONS: HCA, EC (Energy Domain)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for supporting Energy Component application.

- Responsible for upgrading Energy Component application.

- Responsible for Implementing Energy Component application.

- Functional knowledge and Responsible for generating reports.

- Responsible for Upgrading/Creating Jasper/BO reports

- SME for Production /Transport (Pipeline and Cargo)/ Sales module of Energy Component

Duties:

- Requirement gathering & Design for Energy Component application changes requested by Business

- Write PL/SQL code to enhance/create Energy Component calculations/procedures/functions/triggers

- Enhance Java, XHTML and XML code

- Database package development for EC Production/Transport/Sales module and calculation engine

- Install and configuration of Energy component software on application server.

- Enhancements to Existing BO/Jasper/PowerBI reports

- Configuration of new reports into Energy Components

- Install and configuration of ECDB on database server

- Configuration of Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound)

- Class Model changes according to latest version of Energy Component

- Upgrade Scripts implementation and bug fixes along with Data Migration

- Configuration of customer specific customization

- Validate system function/performance by developing and executing test scripts

- Perform emergency fixes for production issues on Energy Component application

- Facilitate with Tieto to test releases and plan for deployment of Patches

- Manage customer relationship by communicating Energy Component architecture, standards, framework, concerns and issues

LIMS Labware (Energy Domain)

- Skill Set - Labware LIMS (Labware is 3rd party product)

- Tech Exp - Support exp is MUST however if he has upgrade knowledge is added advantage

- Strong experience in laboratory IT application like LIMS/ELN/SDMS/CDS and comes with strong leadership skills as well.

- Experience in Sample Manager, Labware LIMS, LabVantage LIMS, STARLiMS desirable but not mandatory

- Experience in the integration of instruments and system interfaces

- High level of experience in laboratory processes and workflows

- Contribute to systems architectural design.

- Conduct requirements gathering.

- Design and develop solutions based on the defined user requirements.

- Experience in project management or business analysis within relevant industries

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Business Analyst (Utilities Domain) :

Role Responsibilities:

- The Role support various project activities ranges from Start-up/Discovery to In-flight phases.

- Conduct subject research including interviewing SMEs and Project Team.

- Prepare and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders

- Apply Design Thinking, Service Design, and Product focused techniques to understand current processes, user profiles, and prioritising needs, confirm problem statements, and identify opportunities and Minimum Viable Product/Solution

- Understand the as-is business processes, conduct Gap Analysis and recommend any improvements

- Produce As-Is and To-Be processes and mapping.

- Work with SMEs, Solution Architects and Product Owners to capture outcomes and requirements in the forms of Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification, Epics, Product Backlog and User Stories based on the project requirements within agile framework.

- Develop roadmaps in association with project team

- Identify and document business risks and risk mitigations.

- Playback the requirements to development teams and provide clarifications.

- Perform option analysis and document findings using given template to prepare and produce Project Investment Papers.

- Support Project Team to scope out next phase of requirement activities.

- Nurture and mentor junior business analysts

Requirements (Must have) :

- Experience in Utilities industry

- Experience in one or many of below utilities domains

- Gas Transmission, Distribution and System Operations

- Electricity Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Retail, etc.

- Proven Business Analyst expertise with extensive project experience across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) with 8 to 14 years of Overall IT experience.

- Experience in Agile and scaled agile framework.

- Experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA / confluence or similar tools to manage the product backlog

- Extensive experience in operating in different project phases (ranges from Discovery to Post Implementation support).

- Knowledge on common non-functional requirements for a given project

- Skilled in requirement elicitation and documentation, UML design and data modelling.

- Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business

- Experience in conducting option analysis and documentation of investment case and other artefacts as required.

- Effective communicator able to communicate with different areas of the business and stakeholder management

- Excellent presentation skills

- Experienced with providing functional support for systems integration and testing activities

- Experience of working within complex project matrix environments, with both internal and 3rd party resources

- Experience in Portfolio Management.

- Change Management & Release Management experience and liaising with teams for strategic planning and business roadmap definition

Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant (Utilities Domain)

Relevant Experience and Skills:

- Worked at client site in at least in 2 Maximo implementation project as techno-functional consultant

- Significant experience in developing Maximo functional specification based on requirements

- Significant knowledge experience in Asset, Location, Administration, Security Configuration modules in Maximo

- Should be capable enough to participate actively in client workshops, business requirements gathering meetings, can conducted To- Be solution workshops independently, Involved in EAM product fitment analysis

- Has prepared business requirement document, Technical specification documents, Prepared gap - fit documents

- Thorough understanding about Maximo Architecture

- IBM Maximo 7.x Functional Knowledge

- Experience in Maximo Configuration - Domain, Database configuration, Application Designer, work flow designer

- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Solutioning

- Significant experience in developing asset data structure within Maximo (Classification hierarchy, asset/location hierarchy, asset template, location systems)

- Technical knowledge of object model & data model for Cargowise

- Minimum 3 years of experience in integrating CW with external systems

- At least 1 end-to-end CW implementation experience

- 3 Yrs. of international transportation, freight forwarding, and/or customs brokerage industry experience.

- Should be able to customize documents, customize reports, work on EDI, have knowledge of the CargoWise system including advanced workflows/milestones
