Business Analyst - eLearning (3-5 yrs)
We upGrad Rekrut hiring for Business Analyst position for one of our client in E-learning platform.
Experience - 3 to 5 years
Location : Gurgaon
Mode of work : Work from office
Candidates are preferred Only from tier 1 College
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tracking key metrics of the company
2. Helping define and drive measurement science in the organization, particularly with a focus on revenue generation
3. Reporting key metrics on a daily basis
4. Ability to clearly understand and define business problems and form a diverse set of hypotheses
5. Partner with stakeholders to a high extent in delivering impactful insights and value
6. End to end execution of analysis in a robust, effective and efficient way
7. Sales incentive and teacher payout calculation and create a robust Sales MIS
8. Tracking and analysing large volume of consumer data related to customers and teachers
9. Developing intelligence from data from various sources.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in a data-intensive position at a consumer business or a Big 4 firm
2. Great problem-solving ability with the ability to form structured analytical frameworks for generating robust solutions.
3. Good Data understanding and hands-on experience on Data Manipulation tools like SQL, Python, Excel etc.
4. The candidates should have high proficiency in PostgreSQL (or SQL) and Python (or R). A firm command over these basic skills will ensure the analysts are able to focus on larger business problems.
5. Experience of working with visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI is preferred.
