- We as horizontal function which is powering and enabling data driven decision making across co. Trust and Safety and User Insights are one of the key pillars of Our function. Trust and Safety is targeted towards reducing Fraud & losses and enhancing the overall Trust on the entire platform for Buyer, Sellers and other partners.

- The function requires deep insights and understanding of Fraud / Abuse modes, Trust breakdown scenarios and consequently develop the right interventions at scale. User Insights is a function focused on developing key insights around users and ensuring they are leveraged in various flows like Search, Merchandising, Recommendations and CRM.

Your Part :

- You are involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions.

- You are responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.

- You model data in order to create generate deep insights and design right interventions.

- You execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

- You drive data driven decision making through the stake holders.

Your Array (Nice to Haves):

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.

- Hands on: BI tools (Cognos, BO, Pentaho, Qlikview), Web analytics tool (GA, Omniture etc), Statistical tools (R, SAS etc)

- Experience in analysing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights.

- Prior experience in Trust, Risk Management or User related domains is a plus

You (Must Haves) :

- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.

- You have 10+ Years of experience in relevant role

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

- Technical capabilities: SQL, Excel and Scripting Language.
