Role EA To CTO as Analyst : - Assisting CTO in formulating long term strategic plan for different verticals - Preparing business plan for through primary and secondary research. - Creating, Designing and Executing Strategic Organizational Development Projects - Responsible for Drafts and Minutes of Monthly review Meetings and Board Meetings - Assist in the establishment of Complex projects and special assignments by establishing objectives;determining priorities; managing time; collaborating with other teams; and monitoring progress - Analyse and asses business risk and KPI's - The incumbent will report into CTO and will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day management and organisation of the CTO office activities and initiatives. - To prepare/collate project updates and share dashboard with CTO - Ensuring all meeting papers/pre-requisites are received and available in good time to allow the necessary briefing and sourcing of further information if required. - Handle all logistics arrangements in advance with time risk assessment done and mitigation steps taken - Manage first level vendor engagement/negotiation and manage schedules for interaction and follow-up - Writing business SOP/Policy/Process and setup follow-up protocols with team
