Business Analyst - Digital Network CRM Firm

We have an opportunity for Bangalore location with 2nd largest US digital network CRM Company.

Experience Range - 3.5 to 15 Yrs

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- 3+ Years of experience in relevant role as BA (Techno-Functional)

- IT Professional with 3.5+ years of experience as a business analyst

- Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities.

- Familiar with Agile Software Development methodology, proficient in Waterfall SDLC model.

Roles and responsibility:-

- Handling Disaster Recovery project, Operations issues and working on CRs for the upcoming releases.

- Engaged in client consultation & interaction during various stages of Project deliverables from requirement elicitation to project signoff.

- Involved in planning and executing requirements phase, analysing requirements with the client, providing feasible solutions and gap analysis.

- Prepare functional specification documents (FSDs), work with the technical team to resolve any queries, perform smoke testing at various stages,

perform functional and regression testing, support UAT client testing and FEV and PPV as part of the release.
