Business Analyst - Debit/Credit Cards Domain - IT (8-14 yrs)
Role: Business Analyst Cards (Credit/ Debit)
Location: Chennai
- Experience in Credit cards domain 8-14 years
- Experience working in a major Card management product like Vision Plus, TSYS, Cardpac, Cortex, FSS. Experience on cortex card management will be added advantage
- Onsite experience across different geographies required
- Understanding on Entire Cards life cycle management
- ISO 8583 message format, Visa, Mastercard certification experience
- Chargeback and Dispute management
- Experience working in Agile creating user stories desirable but not mandatory
- Solution developments and Pre-sales support and experience in Cards will help
- Good communication and client facing skills are essential
- About 8-14 years of professional experience in business and technology areas
- Combination of experience with Bank and technology firm is desirable
- Preferably coming from mature organizations with a client base across different geographies
