Experience: The candidate should have minimum 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in business analysis.

Domain: Banking / Finance

Skillset:

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Strong business analysis skills covering requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, ability to translate the high level business requirements into functional solution & design, act as a liaison between Business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projects. Should be an individual contributor with good understanding of the SDLC & Agile methodologies.

- Other Skills & Tools: MS-Visio, SQL (must), MS-Office tools, Data Analytics using R/Python, SAS Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Stage analysis understanding

Nice-to-have: working/knowledge on Reporting/Analytical tools

Preferred with core BA skill sets associated with Knowledge/Expertise on

- DWH/BI & Analytics in Banking Data portfolios

- Migration on DWH/BI space

Location - Hyderabad
