Business Analyst : Data Mining Startup

1. Data mining and Analysis :

- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions

- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and monitor outcomes.

- Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

- Develop A/B testing framework and test model quality

- Ability to present information using data visualization techniques.

- Use data to identify disruptive ideas and provide advice to business leaders

2. Skills required :

- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, PYTHON, SQL etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

- Excellent written communication, leadership, analytical and reporting skills.

- Excellent business partnership skills and exhibit the capability to collaborate across cross functional stakeholders driving advocacy.
