1. How to increase the usage of product X by Y%?

2. How to increase our user acquisition by 100% in 3 months?

3. How to decrease the credit loss in segment X?

4. How to increase revenue in segment Y?

About the role :

As a Business Analyst, you will help shape client's credit and business strategies by combining your product and business acumen and data driven insights. Being a key member of the team, you'll work closely with leadership, credit, and product teams to craft and execute analytics-driven strategies for business growth.

What You will do :

1. Break down a business problem into different smaller problems.

2. Work with key leaders in the company to get a deeper understanding of the business problem at hand.

3. Coordinate with the data team to ensure that data is available in the required format ready to be consumed by you.

4. Generate insights from the data and come up with recommendations.

5. Convince the relevant stakeholders to get your recommendations implemented.

6. Measure the impact post implementation and take further steps if necessary.

7. Be satisfied making an actual and significant impact on the business.

What you will need :

1. 1-3 years experience in analytics.

2. Expertise in databases and scripting languages (Advanced SQL, Basic Python/R, Advanced Excel).

4. Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions.

5. Demonstrated leadership and self-direction.

6. Demonstrated willingness to teach others and learn new techniques.
