Business Analyst - Data Analyst (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Independently performing analysis using Python, Excel, SQL
- Engage directly with our internal customers to find, prioritize, improve and assimilate better business processes.
- Analyze metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects.
- Data analysis and solution building based on insights captured from data.
- Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning.
- Scope, document and submit requirements for systems changes, backed up by business case and impact analysis, Analyze and model data, processes and business rules.
- Continuously track the realized business value and ongoing customer satisfaction from delivered solutions, be it self-service, automation or customers contacting
External Skills And Expertise :
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Python
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent knowledge of basic statistics and probability
