Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise
- To monitor tasks delegated by president to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- External & Internal interface on behalf of President
- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders
- Business data analysis
- Assist the President with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
- Other activities as and when assigned by the Superior
- Maintain and update, on a regular basis, all group company statistics pertaining to volumes, operations and customers
- Track industry trends, competitors, potential business opportunities through online and other channels
- Maintain a comprehensive database on competitors, client contracts, and sales pipeline
- Create dashboards and reports on different aspects of the business
- Coordinate with Marketing and Corporate Communication functions for publishing various newsletters, brochures and other collaterals
- Streamline MIS processes for accuracy and ease of maintaining data
- Create and maintain Group company profiles and presentations to be used for sales pitch
- Maintain a repository on all the major contracts
- Coordinate with Group Companies and Business chiefs to source various data pertaining to business operations, clients, etc
- Prepare key reports for the President
