Responsibilities :

1) Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

2) Perform quality assurance.

3) Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.

4) Help design, document and maintain system processes.

5) Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.

6) Communicate key insights and findings to product team.

7) Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Qualifications:

1) Graduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field.

2) Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and analytics software, mastery of certain programming languages may be required.

3) Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies.

4) Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

5) Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication.
