Key responsibilities : - Working for CEO's office team - To forecast the financials of the internal teams and compare them with the projected figures to eliminate the gap - Ability to find the gap in business conversion and report the same to CEO - Handling the sales team and search team data and derive insights when required - Ability to play with numbers and good at story telling - Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities. - Take part in all the meetings occur between internal teams and stake holders. - Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources (Sales team, Search team and forecast) Qualifications : - Degree/PG from Tier 1 college - Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role - Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external, and customer teams - Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
