Business Analyst - Chapter Lead (Job Code : J46084)

- As a Business Analyst Chapter Lead, you'll be hands-on leading the adoption of these innovation practices to co-create services and solutions based on user needs, systems and business analysis to continuously improve end-to-end user journeys and business processes, ultimately driving experience quality and commercial impact.

- As a key sponsor of Design Authority, you will work closely with the segment Service Design Manager and Experience Lead to set direction of design within the segment and assure the quality of design delivery across teams and can lead multiple or highly complex services.

This role is at the forefront of developing and embedding strategically critical Business Analysis capabilities (including design thinking, data literacy, analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills) enabling sustainable commercial success for Enterprise.

- Lead a chapter comprised of up to 10 full time employees or a pool of flexible contractor resource.

- Drive & develop the consistent practice of Business Analysis within the chapter to ensure common adoption of tools, design artefacts and standards

- Collaborate with the User Research, Service Design and Segment Experience leads to understand the customer segment strategy and ensure the team delivers brilliant end-to-end journeys aligned to our north-star target experience.

- Coordinate the onboarding of new projects and allocation of resources to support delivery against the annual investment plan

- Ensure all projects are driven through the Design Authority process and align to principles of design re-use, simplicity and being insight-driven.

- Support and coach chapter members throughout project lifecycles to ensure a quality and timely delivery

- Work closely with senior programme stakeholders and be a point of contact for project escalations

- Develop and manage chapter talent pool, making hiring decisions to resource short and long term initiatives across both agile and waterfall project methodologies

- Be the subject matter expert on business analysis, spending time to develop and grow individual skillsets within the chapter

- Help define and improve ways of working across the Experience Design Chapter through building repeatable design processes and common capabilities

- Set chapter vision and goals, ensuring clear alignment to the Enterprise strategy and business priorities
