Job Description:
Position Objective:
- To co-ordinate closely with Business Users and Operations to understand the functional requirements.
- To create and maintain Functional Specifications and work closely with the Development and testing team.
- To prepare Test cases, perform Unit testing if required.
- To help the development/testing team become independent by providing business and functional guidance to the developers and testers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT industry - Banking/Finance domain.
- Ability to understand business requirements easily and translate them into functional requirements.
- Capability to understand and analyze complex IT applications and Business processes.
- Have experience in preparing requirement specifications and performing UAT.
- Knowledge of SQL and any database query tool.
- Ability to work as an Individual contributor with minimum guidance.
- Excellent documentation and Communication skills.
