Business Analyst - Capital Market/Investment Banking - BPO (8-15 yrs)
Business Analyst - Capital Market/Investment Banking
Knowledge of any of the following operational areas and/or associated IT groups :
- Transaction Management
- Record keeping
- Reconciliation
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps in workflows, research system defects and inefficiencies, and recommend and create new solutions to fill these gaps by leveraging domain knowledge in Transaction Management / Record keeping / Reconciliation.
- Responsible for determining how changing business needs will affect the system and client.
- Analyze functional requirements and facilitate the delivery of a solution
- Utilize domain knowledge and understanding of enabling technologies to deliver business solutions and assist business unit with development of business cases outlining the current problems /opportunities, risks and potential benefits relating to implementation of solutions.
- Experience of structured project methodology framework (Desired)
- Understand complex models and process flow.
- Manage overall Program Plan and Roadmap to track required tasks, durations, milestones and dependencies
- Understand cross programs risks and issues and delivery partner escalations
- Manage dependencies across the projects and develop and track key project metrics and outcome/action based scorecards
- Create/Maintain support documentation for the client and internal support teams.
Candidate specification :
- 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 3-4 years experience as Business Analyst in capital market/investment banking domain.
- Knowledge of any one workstreams of the following
- Transaction Management
- Record keeping
- Reconciliation
