Business Analyst - Capital Market

- Creating and Designing the UAT Test Plan in line with the business requirements and principle stakeholders.

- Delivering and executing the UAT Test Plan and associated testing.

- Co-ordinate the execution of UAT testing and test strategy described above liaising with business stakeholders and project sponsors.

- Take responsibility for the production and approval of testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during acceptance testing.

- Liaise and co-ordinate with all internal departments including the IT & Business.

- Maintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy utilized.

- Ensure that any risks associated with testing are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues.

- Manage all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any risks become unacceptable.

- Has Relevant Experience of 1-5 yrs in Capital Market (Equity, Derivatives etc.)

- Candidates with Experience in Investment Banks will only be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills- Written & Verbal.

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline MBA (Desirable) / CFA / FRM.

- Plan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff during test planning and throughout subsequent development and testing activities.

- Take responsibility for the proper conduct of such relationships.
