Key Result Areas Supporting Actions

To assist CSO Retail Sales in Business Planning Process and in establishing long term business goals Sales Segment wise.

- To track industry trends and developments and provide suggestions based on the same.

- To provide inputs for articulation of value proposition and differentiation strategy.

To develop Business Analytics and provide key insights to help in Business Planning and changes.

- To analyse various sales related MIS and present consolidated dashboard to the CSO.

- To analyse industry trends, best practices in the area of operations and help defining benchmarks and continuous improvements.

- To suggest or propose actions to be taken based on analytics (Input vs Output Activity Measures).

- To assist in establishing business review process/matrices to monitor key business performance parameters

- To assist the CSO in defining review parameters and frequencies including KRAs, Goal sheets, keeping in mind the key performance input drivers across levels and Retail Sales segments.

- To assist business head in monitoring performances of different sales segments, Zone/region wise.

- To provide inputs and assist in devising and monitoring improvement projects in Sales Management Process

- To assist in implementing changes in Segmental productivity parameters to meet business goals

- To coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to develop process improvement initiatives to help achieve business objectives

- To monitor and analyse implementation and progress of improvement initiatives and suggest changes if required.

To drive Engagement within Retail Sales segments to ensure alignment within sales teams thereby attaining Business Goals - To engage with Sales Segments including segment sales heads, zonal heads, regional heads in order to ensure alignment of Business Goals down to the last mile.

- To help in implementing Sales Incentive Plans, Sales Career Progression Plans, on-boarding and orientation of new hires in field sales force in conjunction with key stake holders from Sales Teams as well as cross functional stakeholders

- To constantly engage with Sales Teams
