Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) - Experience in Gathering Business Requirements, Communicating directly with end-customers, define scope, designing & preparing Functional Specifications & BRD - Use data modeling practices to analyze findings, create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes - Perform technical analysis, Evaluate and recommend options - Intermediate level of SQL skills for data analysis. - Write detailed technical design documents (Context diagram/Class diagram/ERD) - Experience in BFSI domain specifically in Insurance - Very good knowledge on SDLC Process and must have participated in Project documentation creation/review - Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects. - Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions. - Must be able to work independently with business users and external users and responsible for design, development, Testing support, production deployment - Have experience in using Microsoft Project and Visio - Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems - Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing, able to demo the solution or final product developed - Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills. - Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken Optional skills - Good project management skills - Estimating costs and time requirements of projects - Mandatory to have a valid B1 Visa
