Qualification-Graduate from a Tier I Institution (IIT/JU/Delhi College of Engineering, St Stephens, Symbiosis etc)
Plus

MS or MBA (MIS) from either

- US University (Wharton /Harvard/Ann Arbor Michigan/UCAL at Berkeley/Stanford /Cornell/Columbia/(NYU/Rutgers New Jersey/UNH /University of Pennsylvania etc)

- IIM / ISB/JBIMS/ICFAI

Six sigma orientation /GB certifications desirable

Experience-3-4 years experience in a leading World class FI / Banks/Big 4 in financial services vertical

Global exposure will be a plus point

CTC-Negotiable

Responsibilities-

1. Work out strategies for Systems selection /design and mapping them for use by Business together with necessary training and change management required by end users to use the Business Applications effectively and ensuring optimal usage thereof.

2. Work in areas for improvement in MIS

3. Process Excellence

4. Strong Technology orientation

5. Should be a subject matter expert with exposure to BI/Analytics /Design and improvement of MIS

6. Reporting Pack/ familiarity with various Systems in use at Banks/Fin Institutions in India/Globally

7. Must have the flair for Systems selection /design and mapping them for use by Business together with necessary training and change management required by end users to use the Business Applications effectively and ensuring optimal usage thereof
