PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Working closely with business, vendor & internal tech teams
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Managing a team of BA's & setting processes & best practices for Project management
- Setting goals for the team members, coaching & performance management
- Coordinating with IT infra teams, Infosec teams, Audit teams.
- Managing costs of all the initiatives & adhering to budgets
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Functional Skills
- A minimum of 8 years experience in business analysis in BFSI sector.
- Experience in CRM & automation applications preferred
- Experience in Agile methodology preferred
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to work with multiple cross functional teams & ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation & presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent Team management skills
- Should be self-initiated & able to manage multiple projects
