Business Analyst - BFSI

Our Client is a front runner of the digital payments revolution in India, creating Internet-based payments products that enable consumers to make payments online in a frictionless manner. A product and service of over 10 years of market leadership, our client provides a single versatile, scalable payments platform for enterprise-wide electronic payments and collections, related reconciliation and settlement operations, across multiple delivery channels and using a wide range of payment methods.

Job Responsibilities:

Product and Process Knowledge

- Understand and know the Company's suite of payment products/services as well as the regulatory guidelines under which they operate.

- Understand, know and familiarize with processes related to payments, collections and aggregation.

Implementation of Company's Payment Products/Services

- Implement Company's payment products/services for clients across industry verticals. - Communicate with clients to understand and obtain their requirements and integrate/implement the appropriate payment solution in Company platform - these may range from payment gateway solutions, recurring payment solutions, white label solutions, SDK based solutions, IVRS solutions etc. - Collaborate with business, engineering, technology, operations, vendor teams etc. to implement Company's payments solutions.

New Product Conceptualization, Development and Launch

- Identify gaps, limitations etc. in Company's suite of payment products/services and collaborate with business, strategy, engineering, technology teams etc. to conceptualize new and enhanced payment products. - Ensure new product conceptualization with a long-term view and value-based prioritization of new product initiatives.

- Collaborate with business, strategy, engineering and technology teams to effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver the right features and at the right time.

New Product Conceptualization, Development and Launch

- Identify gaps, limitations etc. in Company's suite of payment products/services and collaborate with business, strategy, engineering, technology teams etc. to conceptualize new and enhanced payment products. - Ensure new product conceptualization with a long-term view and value-based prioritization of new product initiatives.

- Collaborate with business, strategy, engineering and technology teams to effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver the right features and at the right time.

- Serve as the Project Manager for the development of new and enhanced payment products as well as their launches.

- Play the lead role in preparing scope documents, process notes, product notes etc.

- Lead the product team in collaborating with engineering, technology and vendor teams for preparation and finalization of technical interface spec documents for merchants.

Process Improvement Initiatives

- Identify process improvement areas and collaborate with relevant internal teams for process improvement as well as process re-engineering initiatives.

Qualifications:

- BE / B Tech

- MBA / PGDBM from reputed B Schools

- 7-10 years of experience of which atleast 4 years experience in digital payment products, payment systems and payment solutions with APIs

Skills:

- Strong competency in payment products, payment systems, payment solutions, digital products etc.

- Strong experience in working with APIs
