Business Analyst - BFS

Job Description :

- Designing offers for customers by evaluating their credit worthiness - using proprietary risk scorecards, customer transaction data and external data sources

- Design experiments to create champion v/s challenger segments- as per different customer segments

- Management of programs/products best suited for different customer segments

- Manage customer level exposure

- Implement risk management strategies while also driving business growth

- Manage portfolio performance and risk regularly

- Design sales team incentive strategies/ scorecards to ensure business growth and performance

- Create reports and dashboards on portfolio performance for consumption of senior leadership team

Job Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in analytics domain( Retail lending experience is mandatory).

- Prior experience of working in credit risk , and cross- sell analytics profile desired of working with Pre-approved database programs.

- 2+ years of experience in analytics. Working knowledge of analytical software like SAS/SQL/Python required.
