Business Analyst - B2B SaaS

- To study existing processes in a customer environment threadbare. Module wise, arrive at NVA processes, and articulate processes that move the process with speed without cutting the role of current multiple role holders.

- Arrive at current gaps in current product feature, put it up to the product team for discussions for feature enhancement or extension.

- Articulate exact benefits the customer will gain - in time to complete the process

- Exact articulation of how the Quality of output is becoming better.

- Getting the NVA processes implemented through the Implementation Leads of the modules.

- Create business success for the customer for that implementation.

- Engage with the ecosystem of new and existing customers to constantly be updated about the processes that create impact , inside that module of own products also know about competition.

MBA (Business Management/HR/Systems)

An Engineering degree will be helpful

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a services sector . Total experience minimum 5 years.
