Business Analyst - Auto/Pharma/Chemicals/Manufacturing (2-4 yrs)
Qualification - MBA finance from good institute or CA 1st/ 2nd attempt - 3yrs experience
To support Managing Director's decision making and efficiency by:
- Preparing concise briefs for MD's consumption prior to meetings (gleaning most important information from reports, highlighting areas of success and concern amongst team's performance)
- Studying internal and external data and trends to derive insights and action items - making sense of data in a simple to understand form
- Following up critical action items to closure
- Planning, monitoring and occasionally executing business projects
- Other analytics like validating hypotheses, feasibility analysis, etc. for MD
- Preparing internal and external presentations as part of MD's office.
- Reports for meetings and analytics
- Being consistently up to date on company projects progress to brief MD
