Business Analyst- Associate Vice President
Job Description: The role would primarily include providing business insights/ smart analysis to the Sales Organization.
The daily tasks would demand and include :
1. Should be able to do quick analysis of various data points & provide insights & cuts which brings better understanding of business and helps business to form strategy/ plan.
2. Bring newer ideas on the table & develop processes & models to help business
3. Develop plans in line with the latest market trends
4. Advance analytics
5. Ability to ideate & come up with executable business models
6. Is able to make cohorts
7. Presentations to illustrate analysis reports, progress, change, cohorts
8. Is able to create business models based on inputs provided
Key Attributes & skill sets :
1. Ability to work with large amount of data
2. Attention to detail is a must
3. Office tools: Advanced MS Excel Skills, PowerPoint & word
4. Familiarity with SQL or any other query language desirable but not essential
5. Good communication skills - verbal as well as written
6. 12-15 year experience working in a similar role
7. Ability to communicate across various levels within the organizational hierarchy
8. Assertive and problem solver
