What's it in for you? - Work closely with senior management - Exposure to supply-chain businesses - Growth (as you are joining at a very early stage) Roles and Responsibilities: - Part of the Central team which takes multiple business decisions daily - Develop data-driven SOPs for daily processes - Manage daily transactions of multiple customers - Develop, Manage and Check multiple Google sheets / Dashboards on a daily basis to ensure things are on the right track - Evaluate trade prospects based on multiple data points - Work on the most important projects that need to be unlocked to enable growth and drive customer experience along with other Operations/ Execution teams and guide them with data-driven insights and help them in informed decision making - Collaborate across multiple teams - operations team, marketing team, tech team, finance team to ensure coherence and swift execution - Perform key analysis, create excel / google sheet dashboards, presentations and share insights with top management. - Proactively participate in setting up targets, reviewing team performance and strategic inputs - Reconcile financial transactions on a daily basis and assist the finance team over the same - Keep track of ground operations team performance, develop KPIs and metrics which ensures higher accountability at their end and in turn drive growth
