AI-based product client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to work across the company's data and help the management in making critical strategic decisions. You are someone who lives and breathes data, is an Excel machine, and solving puzzles for you is a pastime. This is one of the most critical roles in the company that will work across multiple teams and interface regularly with senior management and Founders  RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Analyze, study and interpret usage data across millions of users to understand user behavior and suggest improvements to the product team  - Develop processes and improvements for automation of reports and faster decision-making tools  - Work on chat operations data across millions of chats to manage user demand and agent supply  - Collaborate with the marketing team on creating reengagement strategies based on user segments  - Directly work with C level management to share insights and implement improvements  REQUIREMENT :   - Must love numbers, data, Microsoft Excel  - Proficient with MySQL and R programming. Python or any other scripting language is a plus.  - 1-3 years experience in a Consulting/Banking/Data Analysis role  - Strong multi-tasking abilities for an entrepreneurial environment  - Enjoys working with cross-functional teams  - Strong problem-solving skills and self-initiative  - Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills  - Out of box thinker, easy going and fun to get along with  - Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field from a top-tier institute
