- Proven track record of writing business requirements
- Good overall domain knowledge of Wealth Management and relevant systems.
- Should be well versed with other Capital markets domains like Broking / Depository / NBFC systems. (added advantage)
- Strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development.
- Need to Interact with the client/end user for business requirement gathering.
- Gathering, analysing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives.
- Good knowledge of technical architecture and functionality.
- Responsible for understanding the business needs, Requirement Analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options
- Help technical teams to create optimal use cases and database design and support in Production Issues.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, RDBMS, and should be able to write basic DB queries.
- Well versed with SDLC for large programs
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong academic background with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Thinking ability to add more value to the existing processes
- Ability to consistently meet established deadlines
