Business Analyst - Application Development - SAP (15-20 yrs)
SAP Business Analyst & Application Development_UAE Based organization
- At least 15 + years of hands on experience with min 4 end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of business value and expertise in calculating ROI (Return on Investment) for IT initiatives.
- Provide inputs in promoting and implementing best-practice solutions (business processes and SAP functionality); proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues
- Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale, enterprise applications projects.
- Assist and help the delivery of special projects and small enhancements and assist in reviewing and improving policies and procedures
- Relevant certifications preferred, such as CBA / CBAP / CSBA / PMP / Prince 2.
- Ability to prepare business process flow charts and knowledge on requirements management tools preferred (like Swim Lane Diagram).
- Hands on experience on enterprise productivity tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Business case modeling, data analysis, financial management skills
