Business Analyst - Analytics - Financial Service - IIT/BITS/IIM

Responsibilities:-

- Work with the team in cofounders' office to help on identification of problem statements in marketing, finance, strategy, and growth

- Help on identified problem statements with data based insights

- Work with cross-functional teams to execute a plan of action

- Track org-wide business levels metrics and KPIs to help create visibility for the cofounders

- Work on various company-wide strategic projects - strategic planning, competitive research, financial modeling, and new initiatives.

Skills Required:-

- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Excel

- Knack for technology and ability to grasp any new or upcoming platforms

- Strong analytical skills

- Comfortable using collaboration and mass communication tools such and MailChimp

- Good ROI-tracking skills

- Good written and verbal communications skills Bachelor's degree

Ideal Candidate:-

- Engineering degree from a top school - IIT/BITS/NIT or a qualified chartered accountant

- 1-2 year of experience working as an Analyst in a high growth startup

- Who loves Ms. Excel (think, pivots, dynamic arrays, Vlookups) and numbers in general

- Who can do a bit of tooling around with MS, PowerPoint, and SQL

- Who can demonstrate business acumen
