Looking to hire Aftermarket Business Analyst -

Location-Bangalore

Experience- 2 to 4 Years

CTC- 7 to 12 L

Candidate Profile :

- Experience working with large data sets in multiple ERPs and data streams is essential. Advanced level MS Excel (VBA, PowerQuery knowledge needed)

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with mining data from Relational Database Management System using SQL

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Python.

- 1-2 years of experience with BI Analytics tools such as Tableau/Qlik/QuickSight. Experience with Qlikview or Quicksight dashboards development is preferred.

- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience is preferred

Responsibilities and Scope:

This role resides in the Aftermarket Analytics team and supports the complete global parts and services organization . They will develop systems and reports to collect, analyze, and visualize business performance data. They will develop and execute data mining, statistical analyses and data modeling to align analytics solutions with the business strategies. The primary objective for this position is to create information, tools and resources that will provide a competitive advantage for the organization. The position will require working closely with cross functional team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide analytics support in projects related to commercial excellence process improvements for the global parts and services organization to support operational and strategic decision-making.

- Provide expertise in mathematical modeling, statistics, or other quantitative techniques to develop and make strategic business decision recommendations.

- Develop analytical solutions and key performance indicators around Commercial excellence, pricing, demand & forecasting and marketing operations process improvements

- Support the development and execution of predictive analytics roadmap to improve Sales Executions and productivity

- Synthesize information from multiple sources to create self-service tools and visualizations for a broad array of audiences.

- Interface and share best practices.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Knowledge and Skills :

- Self-starter with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently as well as in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

- Experience with business requirement gathering methods. Experience working with Agile methodology is preferred.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with mining data from Relational Database Management System using SQL

- Able to operate independently with minimal direction and self-generate solutions.

- Strong analytical skills are required.

- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a continuously changing environment.

- Strong communication skills with experience with communicating across all levels of organization
 
Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering)
