The skill/experience set should include:
- Data Analysis i.e. SQL, Excel expertise, set up of BI tools
- Knowledge of support processes for finance systems e.g. administration processes, first line end user support
- Business Analysis skills Running workshops, Capturing and documenting existing processes and procedures
- Designing new and efficient processes
- Training and deployment of processes to a newly established team
- Project Management of small projects
The responsibilities need to include:
- Process capture and documentation
- Skilling up of the new team in Mumbai
