Position - Business Analyst
Location - Gurgaon
Work Experience - Relevant Experience 3-6 years
Currently employed as business analysts, project managers, team leaders, etc. Specifically, the candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Functional specifications/Functional Requirements Documents/Business Requirement Documents
- Experience in preparing Mock screens/screen shots etc.
- Ability to read & understand entity relation (ER) diagram
- Have used MS Project or any other timeline management tool
- Exposure in Front ending with Global Clients.
- Triaging between developments /testing and clients as and when required.
- SQL knowledge to use, select, update & insert queries
- Knowledge of database Management System
- Competency in MS Word
- Competency in MS Excel
If the candidate fulfils the following Criteria, it would be an added advantage;
- Experience of Working as an "Account Manager" and dealing with user issues and functionality working alongside the Tech Support Desk
- Clear demonstration of being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ones prior role as a BA/SBA in previous organizations

Job Description
- The business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document. Specifically, the responsibilities would include:
Analysis - Solution
- Ensuring that the solution suggested is commercially viable and competitive
- Making proposals
- Gap Identification
- Client relationship management
- Conducting research and basic analysis of the industry the customer is in
- Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software.
- Collecting, understanding business requirement
- Defining the project and scope
- Effort estimation and costing
- Drafting business requirement specification
- Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications
- Should have experience in UAT. User acceptance testing
Coordination (internal and external)
- Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear.
- Coordinated with the testing team.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes, clearly, precisely and logically
- Communicates needed changes to development team
- Effectively manage software releases, ensuring compliance with software release
Project Execution
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Required Competencies
