Job Summary : Primarily support COO / CFO in : - Industry research and trend analysis, Analytical MIS, Board presentations, Digital transformation, Commercial evaluation etc. - This person will be involved in new initiatives, critical matters and these could be in the areas of finance, operations, technology amongst others. - This person will be required to work closely with many functional heads and site team members, as required. - The role will closely work with Industry participants, Contractors and Vendors, Lenders and shareholders. Candidate Profile : - 2 - 4 years- experience in similar role. - Full time MBA (Tier 1 B-Schools). - Advanced written and verbal communication skills. - Self driven and proactive. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with minimum oversight. - Advanced competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. - Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations. - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
