Business Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Business Analyst who has to lead a module for offshore team leads. As a functional expert, he/she will understand the clients & business and help deliver to their expectations. Will act as single point of contact to the client and owning module delivery, day to day planning and execution of team tasks, running meetings and presenting the updates to client stakeholders, providing full support for executing projects, gathering the requirements from the client and preparing the scope documents after discussing with the project teams on the feasibility of the scope. She/He will engage in technical design & amp, delivery discussions with client and internal developers.

The associate will ensure completion of deliverables by team and client sign-off, play the role of an internal auditor to ensure quality of work delivered and Work extensively in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

- MBA / CA / CFA

- Currently managing stakeholders of BFSI clients

- Minimum experience of 2+ years of working as a software / database developer / business analyst

- Experience of agile / scrum / SDLC methodology, preferably a certification in Agile/Scrum/PMP/Prince2

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with design mind set

- Great team management, interpersonal skills

- Hands-on with high degree of ownership

- High learning curve to quickly gain control of new situations, technologies and Challenges

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field

- MBA / CA / CFA
