As part of the Transition project team, the BA will lead or take part of Transition projects where he / she will:

- Define the appropriate methodology and governance in coordination with the Project and /or Program Manager, and ensure deliveries are made on time and within the budget allocated

- Work in coordination of other cross-functional Transition projects to ensure transfer completeness: OSM, Knowledge Management, Business Continuity, Training, Infrastructure, HR, Legal & Compliance

- Ensure the projects follow up and Execution from the preliminary studies to the implementation: delivery of tasks with the appropriate level of quality/ timing / and cost, ability to anticipate risk and raise, mitigation action plan to avoid slippage of timing or cost

- Coordinate with other projects (regional / global) to ensure global consistency

- Cooperation and participation to the improvement of the project team efficiency: transfer of her knowledge/expertise to the BA new joiners, knowledge sharing, standardization of reporting, trainings on methodology, communication about best practices or new ideas

- Control the post roll-out and propose actions if needed

- Coordinate with other projects (regional / global) to ensure global consistency

- Report to management the progress on the project as well as potential issues / decision needed.
