Business Account Manager - CRM Software Sales - IT (3-10 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities

- KPIs - On-boarding / Retention / Feedback/ Up Selling - Cross Selling

- Account Farming - Cross-sell/ Up-sell

- Own a customer post sales closure

- Customer On-boarding

- Co-ordination in Project Implementation

- Regular Customer Feedback

- Customer Payment success in coordination with Finance Team

- Understand business requirements

- Co-ordinate with Engineering team in the implementation

- Sales Support to Sales Managers

- Internal Product Feedback to Product Management Team on a regular basis

- Pre-sales Activities

Ideal Candidate's Profile :

- Strong account management experience - Farming existing Major Accounts.

- Software Solution Sales Experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Driving passion to delight customers

- Experience in managing supervisory level resources (e.g., managers/leads) preferred

- Strong customer management and communication skills, both written and verbal
