Sales & Operations Planning :
- Approve local product innovation (supply base)
- Lead local initiatives to include developing forecasts and marketing calendar, managing lead times and informing region leaders of import restrictions
- Coordinate with regional SCM on ordering on cross-market items
- Prepare COS Review
- Order ingredients, equipment, Smallware, d- cor
- Register import items with local regulatory board
- Ensure shelf life compliance, food safety
- Collect and analyze local spend data to share with regional lead

Margin Improvement :
- Identify local cost savings opportunities and execute margin improvement initiatives
- Manage ingredient and menu COS
- Lead total cost in use analysis
New Market Entry & Strategic Sourcing :
- Establish accounts with regional/local suppliers and validate pricing
- Train on process to order equipment, Smallware, and food
- Identify local distributors and suppliers in new markets and establish contracts
- Partner with marketing on COS estimate
- Forecast launch volumes and ensure supply availability
Supplier Management :
- Foster and maintain local supplier relationships, scorecards and resolve local supply issues (delays, accuracy)
- Negotiate local ingredient contracts
