Quality of sourcing :
- Manpower Planning in strong partnership with the Business.
- Lead Hiring for all Corporate Roles in strong partnership with the business.
- Sourcing Strategy for all corporate & field roles including internal & external candidate mix.
- Ensure sourcing is done for all open requisitions and as per turnaround time.
- Ensure sourcing for a unique requisition takes place only once.
- Conduct round one of the screening process and shortlist candidates for round two with the concerned requisition manager.
- Reduce first round offer drop rates by engaging with candidates post first round of screening and in between second interview.
- Maintain records for all candidates sourced to ensure that the interviews for the shortlisted candidates take place.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of possible candidates that can be shortlisted for new requisitions across positions.
- Lead Campus Recruitment for the organization.
- Ensure quality sourcing is done, to reduce the attrition rate for new hires.
- Communicate on time and ensure that selected candidates join the organization.
- Release offer letter and complete pre- joining formalities as per the TAT.
Driving efficiencies in sourcing :
- Reduce cost of sourcing by lowering dependence on external consultants.
- Use alternative modes of sourcing such as online channels.
- Drive Employee Referrals
- Ensure adherence to the hiring budget for all candidates sourced.
- Follow up and seek reasons from the requisitioner(s) for rejection.
- Create and maintain a database for all people who have applied to open requisitions.
Special Initiatives :
- Create channels to improve internal sources of hiring.
- Reduce time lags in sourcing process.
- Improve employee experience in sourcing process.
- Maintain hiring MIS.
- Lower YOY / QOQ cost and time taken to source.
