- Assist management in tracking and improving business KPIs. - Analyse cost data of outlets and improve efficiencies of lagging stores. - Analyse revenue by channel, report profitability by channel and create strategy to improve margins. - Review direct costs on monthly basis to reduce wastages. - Create reporting dashboard around key business metrics and capital expenditure. - Business Partner: Work closely with operations and marketing tea to drive profitability. - Investor Relations: Work closely on business plans and presentation to Board. - IPO / Fund Raising: Lead project related to Fund raising. - Special Projects: Assist head finance in special projects across the organization.
