1. Identify and assess future and current training needs of employees through annual training appraisals and consultation with managers 2. Develop periodic (yearly, quarterly) training plans as per the needs identified 3. Develop training content and deliver training to employees using a variety of relevant training methods and tools 4. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions 5. Conduct training audits at retail stores to identify needs and provide on the floor training as required 6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs delivered 7. Provide opportunities for ongoing development of the workforce Requirements : 1. Strong written and verbal communication in English 2. Proven work experience as a trainer and training manager in the retail/ aviation/hospitality industry 3. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs 4.
