Job Description: 1) Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. 2) The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the investors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and community oriented. 3) The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. 4)The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. 5) Work closely with the technical advisory to create comprehensive scorecards capturing the health of the business across dimensions 6) Derive insights across business health areas and work with stakeholders to drive problem solving across problem identification -& hypothesis generation -& solution design -& execution and feedback 7) Setup processes / measures in place to proactively alert risks to the most critical goals and trigger actions/interventions as required 8) Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office. 9) Working on business plans and investor outreach with the CEO 10) Interface between the CEO and customer service department Qualifications: 1) Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail 2) Interested in financial concepts and modelling 3) Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and investors decent and verbal communication skills 4) Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and Forward looking thinking 5) Emotional maturity 6) Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently 7) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 8) Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment 9) Creative thinking Jedi master Education and Experience Requirements: 1) IIT 2) Entrepreneurial experience is an added advantage
