Bulk MRO aims to build a full-stack technology platform to become the one-stop solution for all supply chain procurement needs of our clients.

Role : Head - Central Procurement

Key Responsibilities :

- Scale up the existing procurement team to build a - Procurement Center of Excellence- Institutionalize processes to establish best practices of procurement

- Developing relationships and working closely with enterprise clients to fulfill their orders across key categories

- Generating and developing relationships with suppliers of industrial goods and get best in market quotes to serve client orders

- Liaising with Accounts and Logistics teams ensure timely order fulfillment, and to receive supplier payments

- Leading a team of 40+ procurement executives for rapid fulfillment of client orders

Does this sound like you?

Must haves :

- 6+ years of experience in Procurement function of large enterprises (FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables) for Indirect and/or MRO purchase

- Self-starter, go-getter, passionate about disrupting an industry and building things from scratch

- Strong execution excellence mindset with the ability to inspire and lead a team of 40+ members

- Strong experience in working in a high-growth environment

- Strong relationships with suppliers dealing in Indirect/MRO categories

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
