Lead - Whatsapp Sales @ Bulbul
Bulbul is building a social commerce platform, by helping video first influencers to better monetize, engage and increase their followers by making them ecommerce ready (EO - eCom Opportunity) and further earn via sale of digital products (NEO - Non eCom Opportunity) viz tutorials, live sessions & paywalled content. We are building a strong interactive sales channel through Whatsapp to assist our shoppers in purchasing online.
You would be responsible for following tasks :
- Monitor and improve seller metrics
- Supervise Whatsapp sales operations & optimize processes
- Day to day coordination between category and whatsapp sales team
- Analyze customer interactions influencer & category wise
- Track and improve delivery and rates of Whatsapp orders
- Develop growth strategy to scale the channel
Qualification :
- B.Tech/B.E/MBA, preferred from tier 1 college
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics/marketing/sales
- Must have good people management skills
- Must have a problem solving approach
- Good at number crunching & data analysis
- Strong task orientation & ownership mindset
- Experience in a startup is a bonus
