BulbulTV - Category Manager - Appliances

Responsibilities :

- Act as the business owner for the category, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business (this entails owning forecasting, monitoring, understanding and reporting on the category, along with responsibility for driving strategic projects and promotions to achieve business objectives)

- Have an in depth understanding of the industry and continually monitor competitor/industry developments

- Define and develop a product roadmap, and create buy-in from key stakeholders.

- Support the category teams in increasing company's selection and coordinate with the teams.

- Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

- Should have experience in Home and appliances categories

- Knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles

- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Enjoy working in a startup environment, with proven ability to innovate and work customer backwards

- Excellent communication and people skills
