BSH - Manager - Human Resources (8-12 yrs)

Organization and People:

- Work closely with key stakeholders internal and external to drive processes through feedback in order to continuously ensure customer satisfaction

- Ability to consult with leadership team and key business partners, on areas of compensation, performance, policy design, payroll and other statutory requirements

- Lead & facilitate company -wide communication sessions on new policies, learning sessions relating to C&B, payroll, etc

- Liasoning closely with HR Business partners on various C&B practices and projects

People Management:

- To set and monitor the teams performance matrix and provide feedback on their performance/potential

- To equip the team with behavioral training to develop their competencies

Compensation & Benefits & Performance management :

- To undertake pay & benefit market surveys

- To administer and interpret existing pay and benefits packages to remain in line with compensation philosophy of the company

- Provide insight and approvals on the compensation of new positions

- Hands on experience on job evaluations, grading and organization structuring

- Lead the annual rewards programs like salary increment cycle, performance appraisals, annual variable pay plans, goal setting process, etc, in alignment with corporate guidelines

- initiate and follow on yearly performance evaluation process for all employees across grade

- To prepare the base sheet for annual revisions and management discussions

- Provide insight on industry insight around pay positioning, increment budgets, compa ratio analysis, etc

HR Analytics:

- Responsible for pan India Headcount & cost analytics and reporting

- To analyze the attritions and reports

- To ensure the update of controlling, HR and PO reports on real time basis

- To update actuals reports half yearly and annually

- To support external auditors on data analysis

- Responsible for providing insight into the annual HR budgeting exercise

- Work with multiple data sets and HR tools, to gather reports and provide insight to leadership team for decision making
