Designation: Area Manager Sales Built-in
Location - Chennai
Objective of the position : To manage the Built-in business by executing the strategies and the business plan in the region.
General Job Description : To generate built in business through channel partners, architects and customers .
Detailed JD :
- To manage and maintain channel partners including kitchen dealers, exclusive stores to generate business.
- Maintain relationship with customers, architects and influencers to generate leads and enquiries and build a strong funnel to ensure sustainable growth
1. To execute the strategies to acquire new customers, market share and reach to achieve the business plan.
2. To appoint new dealers as well as distributors to extract maximum market share.
3. Organize training for various channel partners to impart product knowledge
4. Business Development : Developing new customers and market areas, analysis and mapping of markets for sales growth.
5. Managing Sales Operations
6. Providing Timely forecast to ensure product deliveries and availability
7. Updating Information through MIS Reporting .
